Princely State of Harcourt

After many months of inactivity, the Prince of Harcourt has reemirged to the national stage. According to the National Press Office, the Royal Government will begin working on a new constitution to represent the new season. In a privet interview with the Prince, he said "Harcourt has seen dark times, and we have walked through that valley of shadows before, but this time we are stronger, this time we are here to stay. Although the load may become too heavy, we will triumph." Also, the new constitition is planed to be realesed on March 15th of this year. "We are trying to add more teritories, and to build up our defences, we are working on currencies and other matters of sovergenty. This new political Season will be a rebirth of the nation" said Prince William.
